Disabling  Protocols on ZebraNet Wireless

Discussion:  How to disable protocols on the Wireless Print Server.

Details:

Protocols can be disabled only via Telnet.

From a command prompt type:  telnet x.x.x.x (where x.x.x.x is the IP address of the wireless print server)

You will be prompted for a password.  The default password is 1234.  Choose option 7 - Enable/Disable Protocol Daemons:

From here you can disable FTP, HTTP, SNMP, LDP, TCP RAW Port, UDP Raw Port, Enable All, and Disable All.

If you do not have the full selection of protocols listed, you may need to update your printer's firmware to the latest's available on Zebra.com
